Bust: 16" Unstretched (Doubled = 32"), you can safely assume at least 6" of stretch in the bust
Waist: 14.5" (Doubled = 29"), you can safely assume at least 6" of stretch in the waist.
Hips: 17" (Doubled = 34"), you can safely assume at least 6" of stretch in the hips.
