RETURNS
Please keep in mind as you order that all items are completely one-of-a-kind. I cannot exactly replicate any item due to the magic of this process. Not only does the ice cause completely random color placement but I am also at the whim of my raw materials, the weather, and several other factors. This makes each item incredibly special, but means it is a best practice to double check the measurements listed on each item to ensure it will fit.

Our policy lasts 15 days once the item has been delivered to the address it was shipped to. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for return.
Additional non-returnable items:

*Intimate items (bras, underwear, and bodysuits) are not eligible for return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without discussing the return with us directly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, keep in mind that all items are one of a kind so if an exchange of similar quality is not available a refund will be issued once the item is returned. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at info@saltedoceandyes.com and once your refund has been confirmed, send your item to: 2260 W 27th Street, Los Angeles, CA, 90018, United States.
Items Purchased with Gift Card (if applicable)
If the item being refunded was purchased with a gift card a new gift card with the same value as the returned item will be issued.
Unless otherwise discussed with us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we agree to pay return shipping a shipping label will be emailed directly to you, if you also purchased shipping we are not responsible for reimbursement.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
