Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (including tags, if applicable).
  • Due to the unique, handmade nature of our ice-dyed garments, slight variations in color and pattern are part of the charm and are not considered defects. These differences are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items:

While we take great care in creating and inspecting each garment, sometimes damage may occur during the dyeing process. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will be happy to provide a full refund, including shipping fees, for any damaged items.
To process your return, please submit a request with a photo of the damaged item, and we will guide you through the next steps.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact us at info@saltedoceandyes.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our policy, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged items.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale or clearance items.
