Fit:
True to size. This dress is meant to be fitted, but has a lot of stretch with the shirring around the bodice.
Garment Length: 49"
Bust: 14" Unstretched (Doubled = 28"), you can safely assume at least 10" of stretch in the bust
Waist: 14" (Doubled = 28"), you can safely assume at least 10" of stretch and the waist of the bodice meets up with the flared skirt at this point.
Hips: 26" (Doubled = 52"), no stretch at the hips.
